Open Bargaining

After many months of hard work and organizing, CREW is now in negotiations with Concordia, and is practicing what is called “open bargaining,” where any union member has the right to attend and observe negotiations. The Bargaining Committee invites all CREW members to join us, in-person or online, in negotiation sessions as we get to work on improving our Collective Agreement. You fought for open bargaining, now come and see it in action!
